Boomerang Digital is proud to introduce its latest innovation, the Quantum Portal, at next week’s EAG Expo on stand J65.
The Portal is designed to revolutionise the way businesses monitor and analyse their operations. Powered by Quantum collection data and Real-Time data capture via our EC4 Electronic Data Capture units or GBG MDC enabled Gaming Machines, this new platform empowers operators with Real-Time insights and highly customisable reporting capabilities like never before.
The Portal’s Dashboard is a game-changer for operators, providing a comprehensive, easy-to-consume view of weekly total earnings and machine averages through intuitive graphs. With the ability to track performance trends across different machine types and locations, operators can make informed decisions quickly and efficiently. The Portal’s ability to seamlessly integrate both Real-Time and collection data ensures that users have a holistic view of their operations at all times.
The Portal also features an API, which can be used to extract data, such as inventory, machine collections, and safer gaming interactions, into third-party systems like Salesforce or Tableau.

- Real-Time Reporting: Customisable, the Portals dashboard provides Real-Time transaction data from EC4’s and native GBG MDC enabled Gaming Machines, ensuring up-to-the-minute insights.
- Real-Time Earnings Dashboard: Offers insights driven by live transaction events, enabling users to track earnings as they happen, study specific time frames, and refine reports using dynamic filtering and grouping options.
- Spot Check: Enhances visibility by enabling users to perform on-the-spot analysis of live data, including cash in/out and last transactions, for better control and quick resolution of operational concerns.
- Alerts: Displays a dashboard of all alerts received from gaming machines, including visibility into Safer Gaming Interactions, allowing management to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) more effectively.
- Bi-Reports Feature: Based on Quantum collection data and integrated with Real-Time data capture, this capability allows Users to generate customised reports tailored to specific business needs, providing flexibility and precision in capturing operational details.
- Systems View: Offers a statusoverview of all sites, including the timing of the last collection, updates, and live connection RAG status.
- Machines View: Provides complete visibility into the status of all gaming machines with RAG status symbols.
- PayStations View: Enables Users to monitor PayStations with a RAG status indicator for operational clarity.
- Collections View: Displays details of all collections across PayStations.
- Report Builder: Makes the creation of custom reports simple and efficient with a four-step process: Field selection, Grouping, adding Low-Level information fields, and Date range selection.
- Report Scheduler: Allows Users to automate the delivery of custom reports, ensuring they are sent out consistently or at regular intervals to track critical performance metrics.
- Schedule Builder: Facilitates the selection and distribution of multiple reports to multiple email addresses on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
