The key to secure and accurate machine revenue management. Now with Quantum TITO inside.
We are pleased to introduce two new Playsafe Systems team members; Scott Irvine and James Hanrahan.
Scott joins as a Level 2 Support Technician, while James is a Field Service Technician.
I will be assisting the projects team with new Quantum and TITO site installations – setting up needed hardware before being sent out and configuring software specific to customer requirements. I will also be assisting the service desk in managing the incoming support tickets that may need to get escalated and producing solutions for problem issues.
I have come from an ITIL 2nd line IT support service desk background working for the NHS and in education mainly for the last ten years.
I am looking forward to working alongside skilled and knowledgeable technicians and engineers that know their technology and industry extremely well . I am also excited to learn new skills and to have exposure to this new industry, which will grow my adaptation skills as each day is different!
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and this is where I unwind. I really enjoy flight simulator programs and regularly pilot virtual flights – I would love one day to get a private pilot license, and this is a great tool for this. I also play the guitar, write and perform songs.
My role is field service technician and my jobs include installing our ticket In, ticket out (Tito) system, data capture system, maintaining and installing our Thomas Paystations/change machines.
Previously I worked for a similar company carrying out the same sort of jobs. Before that I worked for an electrical contractor.
I’m most excited about being a part of an ever-growing company. The business has shown tremendous growth over the years now and I’m excited to be a part of that.
Outside of work I like to play football and I’m also part of a kickboxing club, which I’ve done for the last 16 years.
