PLATINUM CONTRACT
Fully Inclusive Contract, Which Includes.

  SILVER  CONTRACT

• Annual PPM & Technical helpline

• 35% discount on any parts used and educed call out charge of £295 per visit (usually charged at £495 per visit)Costs per machine

  BRONZE CONTRACT

• Parts Only Contract, Which Includes.

• Parts supplied via Advance Replacement & Technical helpline
• Technical support calls responded to in no more than 24 hours
• 35% discount on any parts purchased
• Reduced call out charge of £295 per visit (usually charged at £495 per visit)Costs per machine:
