The key to secure and accurate machine revenue management. Now with Quantum TITO inside.
Playsafe Systems is looking forward to EAG 2022 – which is now taking place from March 1-3 2022, with a number of key developments to its market-leading Quantum V6 machine management system – designed to maximise the power of machine data in convenient ways to boost business performance.
On stand 30 at London’s ExCel, Playsafe will be demonstrating a new feature for Quantum called RealTime Alerts. This was created in response to demand from a leading bingo operator for timely messaging to highlight unusual machine activity. This information can be used to ensure that machine downtime is kept to an absolute minimum, as a player protection tool, or to combat possible fraud – in fact alerts can be created for anything that the customer requires.
“RealTime Alerts put the facts that operators need at their fingertips at the crucial time, so that they can make informed decisions when they matter,” says Playsafe’s Sales and Commercial Manager Iain Lunt. “The benefit of hindsight is a wonderful thing – but RealTime Alerts are a game-changer.”
Playsafe has also introduced its Performance feature, which allows customers to access all of their key business data remotely from a mobile device, anytime, anywhere. “Customers love the idea of getting a succinct overview of their business data from wherever they may be. Performance puts you in the driving seat,” says Lunt.
Quantum HandHeld is an app and device combination that allows Quantum users to carry out Quantum tasks while mobile within their business. Playsafe understands that the leisure industry is not a desk-bound job and HandHeld is another tool for the operator’s belt.
For customer attraction and retention – Playsafe will be showing the Promo Lite tablet app at EAG, which allows operators to connect with their customers both remotely and on site in order to share promotions and rewards via a text service.
The Playsafe team will also be showing the Quantum V6 with TITO – allowing the connection of any GBG TITO compliant machine, meaning there is no requirement for a separate TITO system.
A range of fully integrated coin, note and contactless redemption Thomas PayStations configured to optimise business will also be available on Stand 30 including the industry respected Thomas Paystations – TA8021C, TA8026P and TA8012C plus the Paystation Kiosk Website.
“Come and see us on stand 30 at EAG and have a chat about your business needs. Playsafe software solutions are designed specifically for the demands of this sector and can be tailored to individual company’s specific requirements,” concludes Lunt. “Do not put up with one-size-fits-all solutions – get the right tools to make your data work for you.”
