How did you come to be working for Playsafe – what did you do before?
Before I started working for Playsafe Systems I worked in support for printers and office equipment and I applied for this role through an agency.
What is your job title and what does the job entail?
My job title is 1st line technical support. It entails logging and answering emails and phone calls, creating tickets, and resolving tickets where possible.
What do you like most about the job?
I like that all the staff are friendly and that my workspace is flexible. So, if needed I am able to work from home with no issues.
